This policy explains how Gloria Rotich (“I”, “me”) handles personal information collected through gloriarotich.com. I keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you.

What I collect

  • Enquiry form: your name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp number, the support you're interested in, preferred start date and your message.
  • Direct contact: anything you choose to send by email or WhatsApp.
  • Technical data: the hosting provider may process basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse.

How I use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation and, if we work together, to provide my services. I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Legal basis

Your consent (given when you submit the form) and steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Service providers

  • Website hosting & security: Cloudflare (or the host named at launch) serves the site and filters spam and abuse.
  • Form delivery: enquiry messages are passed to a form-to-email service (Web3Forms) solely to deliver them to my inbox.
  • Embedded media and booking: videos (YouTube/Vimeo/Cloudflare Stream) and the booking calendar load only when you click them. Those providers then apply their own privacy policies.

Cookies & analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If privacy-friendly, cookie-free visitor statistics are enabled, they record aggregate page views only and do not identify you.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept only as long as needed for the engagement and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to how it's used, by emailing glorotich@gmail.com. This policy is intended to align with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 and, for visitors in Europe, the GDPR.

Confidentiality of client work

Portfolio items on this site are anonymised or demonstration samples. Client names, private contact details, travel details, financial information and correspondence are never published.
